The video is great and the set is stylist and thin. It is kind of slow to switch channel. The major problem with me is the sound.

I ordered the LCD TV from Amazon/Tiger Direct. Tiger Direct was not able to deliever the TV on time so the order was cancelled. Tiger Direct refunded the price of the TV, but failed to return shipping/handling charges and also kept the taxes charged for the TV. This was in Dec/Jan and here it is April and my money has not been returned. I am now not going to order from Amazon again.
I really like this TV. I got this Model instead of the 32PFL5403D/27. But this one has 4 HDMI inputs, the models i wanted has 2 HDMI inputs. Also it has 8ms response time, the other model had 4ms.

Item is exactly as described, very modern and sleek, looks perfect in my bedroom. Sturdy tv stand and has tons of storage space. The Picture is amazing, i have read some minor complaints about some “greying” on the sides, i have none of that.
